I’m an avid nutrition, fitness, and health enthusiast, and I work with my clients to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. I will help you to develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.
A bit about me…
I had a successful corporate career and I have been a small business owner and business consultant for years. But when my parents started experiencing health issues, often associated with aging, I started asking questions about the causes and long-term effects of their health problems. I discovered the link between lifestyle choices (food, exercise, stress management, etc.) and overall health. You don’t have to gain weight and fall apart as you age. So, I went back to school and now, as a certified health coach, and hormone specialist I help women make the changes that transform them into their best self.
But then covid happened and everything changed. When we went into lock down all my healthy habits flew out the window and I sat on the couch snacking and channel surfing and waiting for life to return to normal. Needless to say, I gained weight, a lot of weight. But now, in a way I’m glad that I did. After seemingly having it all figured out I realized that maybe I didn’t. My experience confirmed that everyone (including me) needs to stay vigilant with making the right choices and making health and wellness a priority. I’ve been where you are and now and I’m more passionate than ever to help you be your very best self!
My education and experience have equipped me with a solid foundational knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. My health coaching programs are designed with your health, lifestyle, and personal goals in mind. I am committed to your health and your success – and specifically what that looks like to you.
